The Pioneer Theatre, in the vibrant heart of Sydney’s North-West just a short walk from the Castle Hill Metro and bus interchange, may be exactly what you’re looking for!
A highly versatile ‘black box’ style theatre, with Castle Hill’s tree-lined ‘eat street’ nearby, The Pioneer Theatre is capable of a range of configurations to suit a variety of acts.
The 350+ seat adjustable performance space includes 188 seats on a tiered retractable seating bank and comfortable floor seating.
In cabaret format it can accommodate 22 tables and 220 seats, and in full banquet mode, 34 tables and 340 seats.
The venue boasts a spacious foyer and box office, verandah for pre-show activities, modern fully-equipped commercial kitchen and a number of additional meeting rooms.
The Pioneer Theatre has hosted theatrical works, musical theatre, cabaret evenings, orchestral and choral events, children’s shows, authors talks, touring productions, and contemporary music concerts.
It can also be hired for corporate functions, conferences and social events.
